Obviously, with a sedentary life the little squares are not going to come out, so get moving that body. It is important to burn fat and have a strong and healthy core. Try to do cardio 2 or 3 times a week. And more than 30 minutes.
The weights are your ally. Do abdominal exercises, but the trick is a small amount and a lot of weight. Take a disc or dumbbell and perform 10 sets of 10 repetitions with the heaviest weight you endure. Do it for 10 minutes.
